Session One - Your Story
"Start your coaching journey by completing your LifeMap. This exercise provides an opportunity to chronicle the evolution of your life, including your milestones and obstacles. Reflecting on moments that brought you a sense of achievement and belonging lays a robust foundation for shaping your future vision
Session Two - Mental and Emotional Work
In this session, you'll delve into the workings of your mind. By becoming more self-aware, you'll identify and address self-defeating thoughts ingrained in your subconscious. You'll discover how to replace old habits with new ones through the power of mental substitution.
Session Three - Reprogramming your Mind
The subsequent phase centers on identifying what you're prepared to let go of—things that no longer benefit you. We'll delve deep into the limiting beliefs and fears holding you back, paving the way for you to embrace risks that resonate with your passions and truths. You'll also acquire concrete techniques to distance yourself from your inner critic.
Session Four - Purpose
Discovering your purpose equips you with an intrinsic framework, enabling you to evaluate whether your decisions resonate with your genuine self. By recognizing and embracing your distinct skills and talents, you're better positioned to convey to both new acquaintances and current leaders who you are and what you aspire to in your career.

After pinpointing your strengths, understanding your inner critic, and recognizing your purpose, you're primed to leap forward. Envision the aspirations you have for your career, relationships, health, and resources. This is your moment to dream expansively and embrace the realm of possibilities.
Session Six - Implementing Goals
In this session, you'll acquire the skills to set goals, devise actionable objectives, and maintain a trajectory toward success. Additionally, you'll learn discipline techniques to ensure you remain steadfast on your path.
Session Seven - Action Planning
Following the visualization, we'll transition to action planning. You'll formulate both short-term and long-term strategies across various facets of your life. This plan will be invigorating, tailored to your aspirations, and entirely achievable.
Session Eight - Follow-Up
As your coach, I'll ensure you're accountable for the tasks you pledge to undertake in the coming months. You'll update me on your progress, and together, we'll devise a sustainable long-term strategy to propel you forward.
